Engraving: We use gold and silver wax to fill the engraved portion of your personalised item. To extend the life of the filled area, please store your order in a dry and cool area (away from moisture).

Painting: Please be careful to store your product carefully to avoid scratching any part of it, especially the painetd portion.

General: Please keep out of the sun, and use the cloth provided (where applicable) to gently polish your product to keep it dust-free.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for personalised items. No change-of-mind refunds are accepted as well.

We take every precaution to ensure they are sent in perfect condition and without error.

A return and rteplacement may be considered for special reasons, e.g. if you believe a spelling error that does not match the name you have sent. In such cases, we encourage you to email us to resolve the issue.
