Engraving: We use gold and silver wax to fill the engraved portion of your personalised item. To extend the life of the filled area, please store your order in a dry and cool area (away from moisture).

Painting: Please be careful to store your product carefully to avoid scratching any part of it, especially the painetd portion. 

General: Please keep out of the sun, and use the cloth provided (where applicable) to gently polish your product to keep it dust-free.

Returns and refunds are not accepted for personalised items. No change-of-mind refunds can be accepted once your item has been personalised.

We take every precaution to ensure they are sent in perfect condition and without error.

A return and replacement may be considered for special reasons, e.g. if there is a spelling error that does not match the name you sent us. In any case, please email hello@thebeautiebox.com.au se we may resolve the issue.

• first/last name
• initials
• short message/phrase (for select items only and where this option is offered)
   

We personalise products to uplift and honour people. Therefore, we will not personalise any product with words, images, or phrases that are (or hint to anything) vulgar, profane, or derogatory towards any religion, gender, or ethnicity.
